Playing with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra this weekend. Great start to Spring Break.

It has been an amazing run of Boop the Musical. O

It has been an amazing run of Boop the Musical. Once in a lifetime type experience for me. Wonderful music, amazing musicians, joyful crowds. This kind of part is not common - great trumpet solos, swinging music, amazing lead trumpet part. Thank you to David Foster for the vision and writing such great music. I wanted to thank my students and colleagues for giving me the flexibility to do this. I especially wanted to say thank you to my family and my amazing wife Rachel who bore tremendous brunt of me being so busy and away most of every week for 2 months. It was an amazing experience and can’t wait to see the next step in this show. I am ready to be home with my family. Merry Christmas everyone!!

Amazing opening night for Boop. This has been a truly special experience for me. Best lead trumpet book I’ve ever gotten to play. Because David Foster wrote it!!! He was so generous with his compliments and to take a photo with me!!
